The room size is okay for the price, but cleanliness is still poor. The sheets were dirty, the floor sticky, and the bathrooms were awful, with no hygiene, cleaning, or tidiness. Cockroaches were crawling on the floor. The bathrooms seemed badly managed, and I developed infections after staying here. As a woman, this is a clear big no. I suggest not booking a room here.

It's within walking distance of New Delhi station in the backpackers area, but it was noisy at every hour. People shouted, dogs barked, and rickshaws and motorbikes honked. The room was dirty, the bathroom filthy, and insects were easy to find, especially in the bathroom. Towels and toilet paper were only provided if I asked.

A family-friendly place in Pahargunj with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. The price was very reasonable too. One of the best hotels there for a family stay, highly recommend.

The location and connections are very good, and the price is competitive. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shiva intercontinental, with staff who were supportive and helpful and behaved well.
