The hotel is in a prime location, and outside food is allowed. The staff are polite and helpful.

Worst room I can imagine. It was filthy, with poor housekeeping, dirty beds, and filthy toilets.

The food had no salt. I think they buy salt in tiny packets from a jewellery shop. The bedsheet and blanket smelled so bad I was vomiting, and the bathrooms were awful, with people spitting chewing gutkha everywhere. Staff behavior was 0%.

The room had AC, a good water supply, and electricity. The bedding and bathroom had been cleaned, but there was still dust on the table and stains on the bed cover. A towel and soap weren't there before check-in, but reception provided them when I asked.

Rooms are available by the hour, and the location is convenient, quite close to Sarita Vihar Metro Station. The room was neat and clean, with AC, comfortable beds, TV, and a washroom. Good enough for a short visit, especially for parents bringing their children to take competitive exams at Sarita Vihar Centre.
