They charged me Rs. 3,000 a day for a room worth Rs. 300 a day. The auto driver takes a commission, and there was no room service. They also added charges at checkout. This is the worst hotel in Delhi’s history.

I paid 3,600/- for three rooms, then went out and realized I’d been cheated: there were plenty of superb, first-class rooms available at cheap prices, but they weren’t on the online platform. They don’t give you a receipt or anything, and they connect foreigners through rickshaw drivers, paying those drivers commission. I’d say don’t come here through either online or offline booking. If possible, take it off the booking platform. Going there is a big risk you take on yourself, so think carefully before you do.
The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and there was no water. When I complained, they abused me. The room attendant also argued with the customer. Very bad service.
The place was cheap, but the air conditioner didn’t work. They also promised hot water for bathing, and that turned out to be a lie.
The hotel facilities were poor, and the manager had no manners. Worst OYO hotel I’ve seen so far.
