The place is in bad shape and wasn't clean, and the AC kept cutting out. They told me I had their “best room,” which was disappointing enough. It makes me wonder what the standard rooms are like. The staff came across as very arrogant. I told them I was unhappy and would leave a negative review, but they didn't seem to care. There are plenty of better hotels nearby, so I wouldn't spend my money here.

The manager was friendly, but housekeeping was poor. Our room smelled bad, had damp patches, and was very dirty. The exhaust fan didn't work either. In the middle of peak summer, the hotel staff switched off the AC at night. They provided only blankets and couldn't arrange a thin sheet when we asked.

The rooms were untidy and the staff weren't helpful. They ask for payment at check-in, so be sure to ask for any balance back. This place in Paharganj's main bazaar wasn't worth the money. The paid airport shuttle costs 700INR one way, and the hotel staff can arrange it if you need. Otherwise, NDLS is within walking distance.

I had no problems during my one-day stay, which was for a US Embassy visa interview in Delhi. The owner was polite and helpful, and there are restaurants nearby. You can eat out or order food through reception. New Delhi Railway Station is very close, about 400 meters away.

The room we were eventually given was in very poor condition and hadn't been cleaned. The pictures of the rooms in the app didn't match what we got, either. We had booked Hotel star paradise in October and called to ask whether we could check in soon in December. They said yes, so we came, but no room was available. It took a lot of asking before they gave us one. The rooms are bad and small, and the staff were rude and dishonest.
