The hotel is very nice, and I had a great stay. Thanks to the friendly hotel staff and reception manager, and to the whole team. It's near New Delhi railway stations and the main bazaar market.

The room was expensive even at 700, and everything else made for a terrible stay. The Wi-Fi was slow, the washroom was unclean, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. There was no soap or shampoo. I've never had worse room or service. Don't go here or you'll regret it.

The location is handy for transport and local attractions, and the price is budget-friendly. Hotel Toto International also has clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service, making for a comfortable, pleasant stay with good value.

It's in a prime market location, but the property isn't maintained well. If you're looking for a budget stay, check the comfort and confirm before booking.

There were no locks on the balcony doors, which was a concern since we had checked in with family. The room was filthy, with a dirty blanket and bedsheet, lots of cockroaches, and no hot water. We were given a used room, but when we asked to have the sheets and blanket changed, the receptionist refused and said they were clean. The staff were rude when we decided to check out after only a few hours. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, not even for a few hours.
