The luxury room was a great experience, and the food quality was very good.

The room was in terrible shape, and I felt tourists weren’t treated respectfully. After midnight they wouldn’t allow orders from other delivery services like Zomato or Swiggy, which seemed to be because they were jealous when guests ordered through other websites. I wouldn’t stay here.

The bathroom has no ventilation, and there’s no divider between the shower and the rest of it, so water ends up everywhere. The surrounding streets are crowded and dirty too.

Getting around is easy from here, with New Delhi railway station close by and a metro station nearby. The hotel and staff are good for a budget stay, though outside there are dusty roads and little shops, and the area doesn’t look great.
