Hotel Tryfena

The doors don't have proper locks. One key at reception opens every room, and they never give you a key for yours. The hygiene was poor, as the photos show. I booked and paid in full for two days through oyo, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms. They put me in a small room, like a store room, while they supposedly arranged another one. For 24 hours they kept making excuses about having no rooms and no staff to clean one. oyo didn't help either. Don't ever go to this hotel. I found it totally fraudulent, and some illegal stuff happens here.

Dirty rooms, arrogant staff, no hot water, and a TV that doesn't work. The food quality was awful too. This is the worst hotel in NCR. I could go on, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The food is good, but the hotel doesn't match what was shown on the website, and staying there felt like a waste of money. The room was bad and dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the room door didn't work properly. The front office staff, especially the woman, was unprofessional and needs training. They don't know how to assign rooms that are already occupied.

I paid an advance for my parents' fiftieth anniversary, but the occasion couldn't happen for some reason. The hotel never returned the money, and they wouldn't even admit that I'd paid an advance. I had a terrible experience and urge everyone not to book this place for any occasion.
