We’d just arrived in Delhi and trusted an auto driver who took us here because our bus had arrived 1.30 hours early, in the morning. The reception looked impressive enough to make you think the rooms would be deluxe. Staff asked ₹3,500 for 24 hours in a room with an attached bathroom and hot water 🤣, or ₹3,000 without an attached bathroom. They also said it was family-friendly, but it clearly wasn’t. We chose the ₹3,500 option. The reality hit us in the corridors and room. It was very small and dirty, with cockroaches all over. The bathroom was a mess, and the bedspread was dirty too. We asked staff to clean it, but nothing was done. Reception never answered the phone, so we had to go to them in person whenever anything went wrong. I usually don’t write reviews, but this service was so bad I wanted to warn visitors about how they scam people. The rooms aren’t even worth ₹500. You can find deluxe rooms nearby for ₹3,500. If you pay that much, it should be worth the money. They’re simply scamming visitors.

The driver, Raju Goswami, was rude and unprofessional during our Delhi sightseeing. If we came back late after visiting a historical monument, he would shout at us. The hotel itself was in very poor shape too: dirty sheets and pillows, a badly maintained bathroom, no doormat, and a door lock in terrible condition. Service was poor, and the staff were rude as well. I would never recommend staying here.

At night, a waiter came to offer us some extra services, if you know what I mean. We had arrived at 6 AM and paid for 24 hours, then checked out at 7 AM the next day. Since we declined the owner's package offer for our Jaipur trip for personal reasons, the hotel charged us for another full day over that one extra hour.

The location was good, but the room didn't look the way I expected. Nothing seemed to work properly: there was no intercom, dustbin, or foot mat. Guests even need to be taught how to lock both the bathroom and main doors. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

They expect you to leave your luggage in a cloakroom while you go sightseeing, and I've never come across that rule elsewhere. The staff were rude, there was no cleaning, and the service was awful. Don't visit, and don't trust the rickshaw people either, they're all fake. They just take your money.
