Hotel You Me by ADB Rooms

Service was awful and completely inadequate. They took full payment in advance, so please don’t pay upfront.

The staff’s behavior was awful, and the service was just as bad. The rooms are stuffy with no ventilation, AC is mandatory, and I also found bed bugs. I booked a double bed room, but when my father came in for an hour to freshen up, they wouldn’t let him stay without extra money. The bathroom tap leaked throughout my stay, and the sheets weren’t changed daily. I had to ask repeatedly, and they were changed once in four days. There was no hot water supply, just one heating rod shared around the hotel. After I asked many times, they eventually gave it to me, then knocked on my door at midnight or 6 in the morning to get it back. The TV didn’t work for all four days. The fan regulator was broken; they spent four hours trying to fix it themselves without calling the electrician, even though the electrician’s shop was next door. It took ten hours to get it changed, and they showed no regard for my comfort or privacy. At the same price, you can find better hotels nearby. Not recommended.

We arrived at midnight and, after a long argument and some bargaining with the receptionist, got a one-bedroom room for four people at an affordable price. They turn off the AC from 5 to 8, apparently because it’s a government rule. There are better hotels nearby.

In my experience, this is the worst hotel in India. The staff are very bad, and they only accept cash. At checkout they add extra GST beyond the bill. If you refuse to pay it, they treat you badly and won’t let you leave. I strongly recommend visitors stay elsewhere. I’d give it zero stars if that were an option.
