Cigarette smoke lingered from the shared passage right into the room. There was seepage in several places, both inside and around the common area, and noise from people shouting and vehicles kept me from sleeping properly through the night. I was there on 24 March 2024.
I eventually got my refund after trying seven or eight times, but getting there was a mess. I had a Make my trip confirmation, yet the hotel refused to check me in, said they had no booking, and wanted more money to give me a room. Make my trip customer service kept me waiting on hold for ages too.
The two girls who run the hotel with their family looked after my wife well. They were friendly and helpful throughout our three-day stay in 2022, when I was there with her.
The room they gave us at check-in was awful and nothing like the one in the pictures. They'd first quoted a lower nightly price, then changed what they said once we arrived. The way they spoke to us was terrible too. The place and the people were a waste of our time and money.
The room service was really bad, and the staff were rude. The price is far too high for what you get, just a waste of time and money.
