Breakfast was a highlight, with a good mix of Indian and continental food, and the team kept service moving even in the rush. I also tried a couple of other meals and found the food dependable, with fair portions for a five-star hotel. The lounge and shared spaces worked well for a short meeting or a chance to relax. Getting around Janakpuri suited our plans in west Delhi, with malls, cafés, and the metro nearby, though traffic at busy times can stretch a commute. Check-in was easy, and the staff were prompt, professional, and attentive. My room was quiet, clean, and well cared for, with comfortable bedding, a modern bathroom, useful charging points, work-friendly lighting, steady Wi-Fi, and decent soundproofing. It managed to feel cozy for a weekend while still running efficiently for business. I'd happily stay again.

The room was lovely, clean, and well equipped, and the metro right outside made the location convenient. The staff felt unfriendly and officious, which was a shame. There was a noisy wedding outside our room, and we couldn't use the swimming pool. We also found the hotel inflexible about where we could sit with a beer: the dining area was the only option, not the comfortable seating by reception. At almost 500 rupees each, the beers were expensive compared with the 120 rupees elsewhere.

The restaurant was a real bright spot, especially the breakfast buffet, and the wait staff were as good as they could be. Our room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were warm and attentive. We were in the area to visit family, and we'll definitely stay at this Hyatt again. I can't say enough good things about it.

Vipin, Sanket, and Rohit were courteous, attentive, and professional, and their warm hospitality made us feel well looked after. The food was delicious, presented nicely, and high quality, with service to match. Thanks to the whole Hyatt team. We had a wonderful visit, would recommend it, and look forward to coming back.

My team and I came from Trinidad and Tobago and were treated well. The location worked for us, with transportation readily available. When I was unwell and couldn't manage the usual spicy food, the restaurant staff were very helpful. Mr. Suryakant Singh and Mr. Rohit Sharma were consistently kind, polite, and respectful. The front desk helped too. We had a few minor room issues, but they were eventually resolved. I'll use this hotel again on my next visit.
