The staff were really nice and well behaved, and Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Mirza at the hotel reception were especially helpful. Nice room and good food too.

The food is overpriced and doesn't seem to be prepared hygienically. I also found the practices rude and rough. The service standards, hygiene and security didn't meet the mark, and I didn't feel it was safe for women and girls. I'd look for another hotel where you don't have to compromise.

The food is the best in the area, though the Wi-Fi doesn't work and the shower isn't working properly. Room service is 4/5. It took 15 to 20 minutes for the power to come back, and the fan has just one speed, with no way to turn it up or down. Note: booking offline gets you a better deal than booking online.

I booked online and paid more than the actual hotel price, which you get by going directly. Basic things like room service weren't available. The descriptions on Amazon and MakeMyTrip are all fake. Don't use that platform, you could get trapped.

They have a Pure Veg restaurant, and the rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very cooperative and always ready to help, with prompt room service.
