IVA Premium Delhi Airport

We were a family group of 10 adults and 2 kids at IVA Premium – Delhi Airport, and the stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everyone enjoyed the tasty food. Hospitality, meals, and accommodation all earned five stars from me. The airport pickup and drop-off were punctual and well coordinated, which made traveling with a large family stress-free. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. My aunt had a birthday during the stay, and when I asked, Mr. Ankur arranged roses and a birthday cake. He personally made sure it all went perfectly, a thoughtful gesture we’ll remember. Highly recommended for families and groups near Delhi Airport.

The restaurant is open 24 hours, with tasty food at reasonable prices. Chef Sandeep deserves a special mention, he really is blessed by Maa Annapurna. The complimentary breakfast was appetizing, filling, and tasty too. The staff, including the reception team, were cordial and helpful, and check-in and checkout were quick and hassle-free. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and many foreigners check in here as well. Overall, a nice place for families. The room was neat and clean.

For a reasonable price and a location about 18 minutes from the airport, this worked well. Book early if you’re considering it. Staff were polite and room service was good. They gave me complimentary food for lunch because I was traveling by train.

The hotel arranged my airport ride, which was included, and staff helped me send a package by courier to Delhi. There’s a beautiful Hindu temple nearby if you have time, as well as the Ambiance mall. The staff were very nice, though I thought they could smile more. Maybe they’re tired of tourists. I chose this more economical hotel after seeing reviews, since the big brands were charging 300 to 400 a night. It was easy to book online and pay at the hotel, and they even WhatsApped me to confirm my reservation. They let me check in early in the morning for a small fee, which was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was great, with both Indian and western options. The chai was delicious, as were the fruits. I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, and I’d definitely stay again next time.
