The garden around the hotel and the pool were the best parts of my day there. The views are spectacular, and getting to a great market was easy. I checked in very late, and the staff kindly gave me the extra hour for checkout that I'd requested. The rooms feel traditional and a bit old-fashioned, so I hope they update them in the future. Noel was welcoming, kind, and incredibly polite. His service was excellent, and I'd definitely come back.

Kumud drove us for two days while we were sightseeing in New Delhi. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I had a wonderful time in the city and a great stay at Jaypee Vasant Continental, where we spent three days and two nights. The customer service and facilities were very good, and we enjoyed the food at Cafe Restro and Anoi-Tai.

The prices are great and it doesn't feel overpriced. We had good food, lots of facilities, and great service from the staff. A classy city hotel that worked really well for a family.

We liked the location for our plans, and our clean room was serviced quickly. Everyone was welcoming, lovely, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Jaypee Vasant and will recommend it to others. We'll be back soon.

I was charged the full cost of a booking that the hotel later marked as a "no-show," even though staff and management had repeatedly assured me they'd cancel it and refund me. I'm extremely disappointed and feel misled and unfairly charged for an error that wasn't mine. I'd advise guests to get any promise about a cancellation or refund in writing. I had an Agoda booking for two nights from 18 May at Jaypee Vasant Continental, and had already stayed there on 17 May. The staff said they couldn't find a reservation under my name, although it was in their system, so I had to make another booking through Agoda. At the hotel, the receptionist and manager assured me several times that the original booking would be cancelled and fully refunded. Sneha, a manager, also said she would look into it and arrange the refund. After several follow-ups, however, the hotel refused to refund me and charged 100% of the booking.
