My Hotel

The staff were good, the food was good, and the management team behaved well. The hotel itself is just average: the rooms were okay but not very clean, and the location is poor, with nearby areas that aren't very clean either. Overall, it was okay, but there's a lot that could be improved.

The staff were very cooperative during my two-day stay and went out of their way to help. I was attending an event at Yashobhoomi, and they even cooked food for my one-year-old exactly as I requested, which meant a lot to me. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hospitality was excellent. I had a really comfortable experience and highly recommend it for a pleasant, supportive stay.

The rooms were clean, and the staff polite. The food feels home-cooked. Service timing could be better, but overall it was a good stay.

I booked five rooms for my staff during our Yashobhumi expo, and the stay spoiled their business trip. The bedsheets were dirty, and the one person at reception was absolutely rude. Don't trust the hotel photos, in my experience this was the worst. If you do decide to book, go and check first, and don't pay anything in advance. Maybe the hotel will stay empty because of customers' anger. Update on 9th April, after the hotel's terrible reply: I'll upload pictures of the dirty, dusty bedsheets and more details shortly.
