OYO 13299 Hotel Blue Pearl

We've stayed here a couple of times and had no problems with the rooms. The location isn't the best, though everything is accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Saud especially deserves 5 stars for helping us in so many ways beyond his duties. A big thank you from us.

The staff were the highlight of our seven-day stay. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel itself was calm, quiet, and peaceful, with no disturbances. The location worked well for us, close to shopping areas and affordable markets in New Delhi. It's about 500 meters from New Delhi railway station and around 1.5 km from the metro station. Essential items are available nearby, and the surrounding area is relatively clean and quiet. Paid airport pick-up and drop-off are offered too. Our room was very clean, with comfortable bedding, tea-making facilities, and a television. Basic items like clean towels, toilet paper, soap, and other bathroom essentials were provided. Housekeeping was available when requested. There are no windows or balconies, which may bother some guests. Breakfast was included, but the choices were limited and repetitive. Most days it was bread with butter and jam, cornflakes, a few fruits such as banana, melon, and papaya, plus some sweet items. Sometimes there was parotta or something similar, but no proper Indian variety or curry dishes. Tea and coffee were available, though water wasn't always provided. Over several days, breakfast got boring. Hot water was also inconsistent, and we had to ask for it often. It was a peaceful stay with excellent staff and a convenient location, though breakfast variety and reliable hot water could be better.

We arrived on 20/09/2025 and were given a room that was filthy, dusty, and full of bugs. The toilet was dirty too, and its seat was broken. When we complained, they moved us to a room that was only a little better. The room photos online don't look real compared with what we got. The staff were friendly, but very unprofessional, like a bunch of school kids messing around. After we mentioned the dust, one guy tried cleaning the ceiling fan while standing on the bed in his shoes. It was ridiculous. The hotel was also under construction, and the staircase had no railing, which felt dangerous. We called at 5.30 am to say we were checking out and needed help with our luggage, but nobody came. The boys were asleep in the lobby, so we carried everything ourselves and left quietly without disturbing them.

The road leading to Hotel Blue Pearl is narrow and gets some traffic, though our short stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly and communicated well. They arranged a car for local sightseeing, and airport pickup is available. Breakfast was good and served at set times.
