After a lot of arguing and my family stepping in, they finally cleaned the room, changed the bedsheets, and made it ready for us to stay as a family. Before that, the rooms were very dirty, the furniture was broken, and the commode cover was missing. The location was horrible, the owner behaved horribly, and the place seemed to be used more for couples' private 2-3 hour stays than for families. I'm unhappy with the OYO Call Centre lady too. I kept asking her to suggest somewhere suitable for a family, but she promoted this property just to close the sale.

The room was good, but the washroom was smelly and unhinged. They charged me 350 extra, so it was a very bad experience overall. Look somewhere else.

This OYO property is a horrible choice for families. It seems to be used more for couples' private 2-3 hour stays. The location was awful, the rooms were filthy, and the furniture was broken, with the commode cover missing. The owner's behavior was horrible.

At checkout, nobody came to help with my luggage, even though I had a lot to carry. The owner said no one else was there and he couldn't leave the reception, yet he stood with me watching while I carried everything and loaded it onto my bike as I sweated. That kind of attitude makes it seem like the OYO business is guaranteed and they don't care whether customers come or go. There were small cockroaches in the rooms, and the bathroom knobs were rusty. The geyser light came on, but there was no hot water, even after I drained cold water for 25-30 min.
