The Vale Lodge

Breakfast had a tasty, varied selection, and the amenities were thoughtfully kept up. The property itself felt cozy and elegant, with a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. The whole staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed something. Their warm, professional hospitality stood out. It was a refreshing, memorable stay, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Pahalgam.

We had a very good stay. The rooms were spacious, bright, and pleasant, and the food was excellent, compliments to the chef. Nuzhat and Pakeezah were so polite and helped make our visit enjoyable. Manjeet also supported us, thanks to him. The staff were extremely courteous, and we’d definitely recommend staying here. The only trouble we had was the power tripping frequently. Apart from that, there were no other issues.

Waking up to snowfall around The Vale Lodge, Pahalgam was magical, and the mountain scenery made our stay feel special. The lodge is in a peaceful spot, close to major attractions, so it was easy to explore while still having a calm place to come back to. The in-house restaurant served fresh, tasty food with a good choice of meals, just right after a cold day out. Our room was neat, cozy, and well maintained, with the necessary amenities. From arrival onward, the staff were polite and welcoming, which made us feel at ease. A memorable place to stay for the views, comfort, and warm service. Highly recommended for a Pahalgam visit.

Mr. Hilal (Captain) really stood out, taking great care of us at breakfast and checking that we were comfortable. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful throughout. The hotel is brand new, with modern, clean interiors that feel thoughtfully designed. It’s also close to the marketplace and some beautiful bridges that are great for photos. The one thing I’d improve is the beds, which could be more comfortable given the otherwise high-quality room. I had a great stay and would recommend the place.
