Oyo 13306 Rampal Palace

The hotel is right by Apollo hospital, with lots of shops and a medicine shop nearby. The owner and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. My room was comfortable and affordable, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is near Apollo Hospital, so many guests are patients or family members who rely on it. Given that, the lack of care and cleanliness is shocking. Even the outside surroundings were dirty and neglected. I would never recommend Hotel Rampal Palace. My room was in terrible shape. The sheets were dirty and torn, apparently not changed for new guests, and all the linen looked unhygienic. The towels were old, rough, and in awful condition. There was a strong foul smell. When I told reception, they sent a housekeeping boy with fragrance spray, which covered it for a few minutes but didn't address the cause. Dust and dirt were visible in the corners, the washroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and basic maintenance seemed ignored. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, barely reacting to my complaints. Their careless, unprofessional attitude made a bad stay worse. Poor hygiene, neglected maintenance, dirty surroundings, and rude staff mean it doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards. Guests deserve respect, cleanliness, and comfort, but I found none of those here. A very bad experience.

At the hospital, I called and was told the room cost ₹1000 per night. Once I got there, they said it was ₹1600. By then I had no real chance to find another hotel, so I had to take the room. The bedsheet was so dirty, eww. I don't even want to give one star. They robbed me. Please don't stay here, they'll rob you too.

The rooms were lovely and very affordable, and the employees were exceptionally well behaved. A great hotel for a family trip or a medical stay.
