OYO 2202 Hotel City Heights

The rooms need better upkeep. They were okay for cleanliness but not spotless, and some facilities felt outdated. The ambience was decent for a short stay, though not very premium. Wi-Fi worked fine, but housekeeping and service speed could improve. The location near major areas made getting around easier, and the polite staff tried to help when needed. Average overall, and probably suitable for budget travelers.

The rooms are spacious, though the floor was quite dusty. There’s air conditioning and hot water, but sometimes I had to ask reception to reset the AC remote or make sure hot water was available, especially late at night. The hotel is centrally located in the Main Bazaar, and street noise was barely noticeable except in extreme cases, like Diwali firecrackers. We stayed twice, first for one night, then again a month later for four more nights because we’d been very satisfied. The staff were kind and courteous. Service could be slow and not entirely efficient at times, but eventually they took care of everything we asked for. We had a very good experience and were happy to return. Highly recommended.

We had to cut our stay short, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. The staff weren’t supportive, the rooms were unclean, and the geyser didn’t work at all. The photos on Google were misleading, with the actual condition and location completely different from what was advertised. It felt like a clear misrepresentation. Almost every part of the stay was poor. If Google let me rate below one star, I would. I’d strongly advise people to reconsider booking here.

I’ve been here a couple of times and had good experiences with great service. Prices are affordable and worth it, and the hotel is very close to New Delhi railway station with good transit connections. Great for families, and I’d highly recommend it.
