We booked one night for my husband and me, and it turned into a nightmare. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The caretaker was rude, acted half mad, and kept watching us in a creepy way. When I asked for water, he told me to go get it myself from the first floor. We arrived early, but they couldn’t settle on the early check-in fee: first 200, then suddenly 500. After arguing, we paid 300. At night we were scared and couldn’t sleep. The room door had translucent glass, and the caretaker kept coming near our room to look through it. We felt so uncomfortable. The owner didn’t seem to care about any of it. No wonder OYO’s business is slowing down if it keeps taking on people like this. I would have given zero or negative stars if I could. Please don’t stay here, not even for one night. It felt like a haunted house full of creepy people.

They advertise 729rs a night on the OYO app, but after you book and arrive, they say it costs 1500rs, and you don’t get a bill. While you’re asleep, someone may wake you at 3am and tell you to leave right away, or he might fire you. The receptionist stays silent while this is going on. If you need a place to rest in Delhi, this isn’t a good choice. If you’re bored at home and want a haunted house experience, come here.

The rooms and washroom could use a lot of work. The rooms are manageable, but they feel due for a renovation or inspection, and the restroom’s many stains were a real turn-off. Since it’s self-service, you won’t see much of the staff. Deepak the caretaker was helpful, though, so no complaint about him. The hotel is on the ground floor in J Block Saket, close to the markets, and could be a good option if you want to stay near south Delhi.

This felt more like a house split into rooms than a hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to couples because it seemed unsafe. The caretaker kept peeking through the glass door at night. When I asked for water, soap, or shampoo, he answered rudely and told me to get them myself. He'd stare at me with angry, creepy eyes and say they weren't available. The owner didn't seem bothered. I was treated terribly, as if I owed them for staying there. I wouldn't book this place even for free.
