The receptionist made the stay worse, asking me for extra money after I had checked in. His manner was irritating and unprofessional, with no respect or customer service. The room and bathroom were in awful shape. The sheets and pillows were stained, torn, and looked unwashed, while the cushion was filthy and damaged. The toilet was stained and too unhygienic to use comfortably, and the wash area had visible dirt and a bad smell. The place felt unsafe and unhealthy, with no real cleanliness standards. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was really quiet, and the room was clean and neat enough that I relaxed right away. The hotel isn't in the city center, which suited me because the area felt peaceful. It was affordable too. I think it could work for a solo trip, a couple, or a family. I'm thinking about booking another staycation there.

The amount I paid didn't match what we got. The rooms were in really bad shape and poorly kept, with messy sheets and no pillow covers. The washroom was dirty, the taps didn't work, and there was no geyser or toiletries.

The pictures here show the opposite of what the room was actually like. It was dirty and unhygienic, and the staff were rude. I had already paid in full online, but they still charged me extra.

I'm sharing this again because I went through the same awful situation. I stayed for two days and they didn't even give me a bottle of water. The room was very dirty and smelled bad, and the sheets and towel had holes. The staff's behavior was poor, and the hospitality was bad throughout.
