We had to call the cops to intervene after a terrible stay. The owner or receptionist was extremely rude and told us to leave well before our expected checkout time. Even after we asked multiple times, he wouldn't provide the details in a physical bill or put everything in writing. The staff's behavior was bad, too. The rooms and bathrooms were in awful condition, with rust and buckets. The place lacked hygiene and basic amenities. They had switched off the geyser from outside, so there was no hot water. My friend and I both had an extremely deplorable experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for three nights, and the rooms were filthy with bed bugs. The owner had agreed to a particular price, then completely denied that price at checkout and scammed us. They're always drunk and aggressive, and they threatened us. I'd highly recommend avoiding this hotel at any cost. PS, please read the other reviews too, the same thing happened to everyone.

They overcharge even after agreeing on a deal. One of the worst hotels. The geyser doesn't work, and neither the AC remote nor its button works. You'll either freeze or die from the heat.

Water gave me an electric shock. They said it was an earthing issue and wouldn't do anything about it. They also tried to threaten me with a gunda for no reason. It seems the receptionist does this to everyone who reports a problem. I'll report it to the consumer helpline. Very bad hotel.
