It's actually called Hotel Raj. The room service and food were good, but the TV and hot water weren't good for the room price. We had a pleasant stay, though finding it from New Delhi Junction was tricky. There's no sign outside, and even with GPS we went past the hotel about twice.

This is actually Hotel Raj, and I completely disliked it. The staff were the rudest people I've ever seen. They acted as if giving us water, bedrolls, or anything else was a favor. The bathroom light and mini fridge didn't work, there was no hot water, and the AC couldn't be controlled from the room. The bedroll was dirty and the lift was tiny. Totally bad experience.

Room 205 on the second floor was in terrible shape. The blankets were dirty, the chairs were really dusty, and the door lock was broken. The washroom shower didn't work, and when you turned on the tap, lots of dirty particles came out. They charged extra for payment, food, and even a bottle of water.

The room was a bit dirty, and the washroom was bad. The TV wasn't working, and the service was pathetic. The food was okay. I only stayed one day, so I can't really rate the ambience. Only suitable for rikshwala and others.

Such a bad experience. We booked for two couples through OYO and had paid, but when we got there around 11:30 at night, there was only one family room. We had to wander around and suffer.
