The room was in awful shape when we arrived. The sheets and pillows were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the tap leaked, and nobody had swept the floor. I even put a black poly bag in the bin. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, and even one star feels generous.

This is a newly built property, but it still seems to be missing basics like security and some kitchen facilities. OYO should work with its cluster manager to improve the place and teach the staff or owner some hotel management basics. It does offer free breakfast, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, and a smoke-free, kid-friendly setting. There’s no parking, pool, hot tub, pet access, fitness center, or spa, and it isn’t all-inclusive.

The hotel could be really good, and the service is good too.

I liked the room and the service, and I’ll try to come back.

I was extremely dissatisfied. The washrooms aren’t attached to the rooms, and the rooms are too small. A single person might manage, but I wouldn’t consider staying here with family.
