The receptionist was argumentative and uncooperative, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Even the bedsheet hadn't been washed well. The website photos probably came from somewhere else, because they don't match what you actually get. You can find other hotels at these prices.

This is the worst hotel I've seen. The room was awful, with broken furniture, and room service was just as bad. The staff all have a huge attitude problem and treat you like you're staying for free. The receptionist is a very rude woman with a terrible personality.

Once I arrived, I saw the staff's attitude and arrogance for myself. I was stuck because I'd paid online in advance, and all they could offer was a different room, with no refund. Every room seemed to have some serious fault: if a switch worked, the geyser didn't, and the rooms were dirty. It felt impossible to get a good room there. They show you the best photos and you pay upfront because of the location. Worst hotel in karolbagh. Don't visit if you want a decent environment and value for money.

The rooms are decent, though the bathrooms could use a little maintenance. The owner and workers are friendly, and while the food choices are limited, the food is good. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. The price is reasonable, and both the market and metro station are within walking distance. A nice stay.
