OYO 65601 JPS Galaxy Hotel

I booked online, but the night receptionist said there was no room and told me to cancel. I was very upset by how he treated me. I won’t stay here again, and I’d tell others to avoid it too.

The service was really bad. Please don’t go to this hotel.

The rooms were in terrible shape, with holes in the walls, exposed electrical wires, and filthy floors. Only the AC worked. The doors looked like they’d been patched together from damaged pieces, and I lost cash from a locked room. There was no room service or cleanliness. I was there with my family, and even after we checked in, nobody brought basic things like soap, towels, clean new sheets, or water bottles. Room service staff came in pajamas, even shorts, and showed no hospitality. I also saw the receptionist yelling at a customer. This place is something else, and not in a good way.

We didn’t like any of the first-floor rooms, and there were problems throughout the hotel. Water was seeping into the room, the AC and fan worked only sometimes, and the bathroom was in bad condition. No one came to clean unless we complained, and the staff member we raised issues with behaved badly. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
