We paid the full amount they asked on 31st night Oct 2025, after telling the hotel staff our guest would arrive the next morning at 7. They said okay and took the money. But when our guest came from new delhi railway station, they said there was no room and told us to take our money back. Worst 3rd class hotel.
The staff weren’t really helpful, and dirty sewer water was overflowing outside the hotel. The footpath was very dirty, with flies and mosquitoes everywhere, and there was a traffic jam in front. The entrance smelled bad and the AC didn’t work.
Very bad service. There wasn’t any hand wash available in the bathroom, and no shop was available.
For a budget stay, it was decent. They can arrange small functions too. Parking is the drawback since there’s no private space and the hotel is on the road. There’s paid parking across from it, though.
The rooms and food were both very good, and I never had any trouble with room service. Everything felt fine here. I liked the service a lot and think everyone should come stay.
