OYO 71881 Neha's Heritage

I left within an hour because I didn't feel safe. Staff and other people were smoking weed inside the premises, and the hotel had been locked from within. Before that, they hadn't given us a room key and said nobody would go into our room anyway. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and although I asked to move, they said no other rooms were vacant, even though I couldn't see anyone else there. I'd booked two days, cancelled, and asked for a refund, but received nothing. I'd tell people not to book this property.

The family who owns the OYO could be heard just outside our room, and the place felt completely unprofessional. The room was filthy, with balloons still scattered around from someone's birthday celebration. I had to ask them to replace the bedsheet because it was covered in the previous guest's hair, but they didn't even have spare pillowcases. Don't trust the pictures, and save your money.

We had a good time at the place for our girls-only bachelorette party. The owner was great, and the staff were supportive.

We checked out right away because the room wasn't clean and the washroom was very dirty. The owner and staff also didn't know how to speak to us properly. They kept the money for our five-day booking when I asked for a refund. I suggest everyone avoid neha's heritage.
