For the budget, this place in Karol Bagh is recommendable. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, and the rooms are nicely designed, with a fridge, AC, and TV. The room and bedsheets were clean. The cupboard sat a little too high for someone of average height, but the other amenities were good.

For the price, the location and modern amenities are good, and the property itself is spacious and nice. It’s a shame the management hasn’t maintained it well. I found the staff rather unprofessional, and the hotel’s service needs to improve. It’s still within budget, but I’d give the hotel about 2.5 stars.

Once we finally got into the room, it was clean, the bed was super cosy, and the bathroom was very big. There was a cute Biotique toiletry set, lunch was delicious, and I slept well despite the noisy AC. We stayed just one night, and apart from the wait at the start, it was a very good stay at knk. I’d like to visit again. The first impression was rough: after a 16-hour train ride with my family, we found the lobby full of luggage because a large group of school students was checking out. Our rooms weren’t ready, so we waited half an hour, which was really irritating. The lift also had an issue.

There’s no Wi-Fi, and they push you to pay in cash. If you use a card, they ask for extra GST. They also have hidden charges they don’t mention when booking. The rooms weren’t clean, and when I asked for cleaning, they said it was already clean. Staff were arrogant and didn’t respond properly. I asked for dental, shaving, and toilet kits, and they simply said they didn’t have stock. Worst hotel experience of my life.
