The staff were unprofessional and didn't stick to what they'd agreed. When booking, I clearly said I'd check out late, and they accepted that. But at 10 the next morning, they rudely told me to leave and said an extension would cost double. The room was dirty, the shower was broken, and the mattress smelled awful. I asked for a blanket, but got told, “apna baat mattress ka hua hain blanket ka nahi, nahi de sakte”. This was the worst hotel I ended up at.

The location was okay, and the service was okay, but there was no coordination. The rooms and sheets were filthy, and the bathroom and everything else were gross. A very bad experience, zero stars.

The staff are rude, and the rooms aren't good. You'll regret it if you don't listen to me 🙂

The food was unhygienic, and the rooms were filthy with no ventilation. The staff were very rude too.

The hotel staff wouldn't let the older guests' son into their room to sort out their belongings and luggage, so the 65 year olds had to carry everything themselves. They demanded Rs.500 to let him in for 15 minutes. Even 7 star hotels let guests visit and help their families. Have some consideration and common sense. Worst experience ever, and I'm never going back.
