I only stayed because I had an urgent need, but I wouldn't recommend booking here, even in an emergency. The worst. Please don't go.

The rooms and bedsheets were filthy, and the pillows were dirty too. The washroom was both dirty and smelly. Everything is cheap.

The price was higher than what was shown, and the facilities were a big zero. I paid extra for an AC room, but the AC quit working during the night. The Wi-Fi didn't work either, and the water stopped in the middle of the night. The workers were very rude, and the facilities were bad. I was in delhi for urgent work and had no other choice but to book here. It was the worst hotel experience of my life, shady and disgusting. Please don't ever come here.

The receptionist took my phone, supposedly to confirm something, and gave the hotel five stars. After I paid online, they also charged me GST. I'm at the hotel now, and the staff took my phone to check me out. This place gets zero from me.

The rooms and toilets were clean, and the staff were good. I had one of my best hotel experiences here. Their deluxe rooms are on the second floor and cost a bit more. If you're after a clean, hospitable stay, book here. I'd recommend going directly to the hotel.
