The staff slept in empty rooms and used the same blankets and bathrooms as guests. Service and hospitality were poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The washrooms were all dirty, the surroundings stank, and the interior felt shady. They gave us unsealed bottles filled from the washroom, washed tea cups in bathroom basins, and didn’t provide mugs for bathing.
I never got the room service order I placed, and service was slow with no prompt help. The place was badly managed and unclean. A group of guys who seemed to have nothing to do kept shouting in the corridors, and someone opened my room without permission. It felt unprofessional and tarnished the brand image for me.
Big, comfortable rooms, good hygiene, and no noise. Best ever.
The manager behaved very unprofessionally and wouldn’t let us check in because the hotel had a dispute with OYO.
Service was pretty good, and the rooms were spacious. Even the bathroom had plenty of room.
