The staff were highly unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to guests. Service and management were extremely poor, the rooms unhygienic, and the blankets dirty and smelly. There's no proper system or maintenance. Avoid this hotel if hygiene and respect matter to you.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Basic requests were ignored, and the staff weren't cooperative. The service felt extremely poor and unprofessional, especially for the money. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The room was in terrible condition, and they wouldn't accept payment through the hotel booking app. Staff asked for my phone to get a review. A complete waste of money.

The location is handy, right across from the entrance to karol Bagh market, with two liquor stores about 100m away and a nice kebab place downstairs. The room felt a little shady, though I did feel safe. For my three-night stay I paid around 2k, and cleanliness wasn't something I could expect much of at that price. Fresh sheets and towels were free if you asked. I think this may be the only place that doesn't charge more than the amount shown on the oyo site. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

For the price, it may work as a budget place, but the room cleanliness and service were disappointing. Room service was slow and didn't pay much attention to what guests needed. Even drinking water wasn't part of the room, and I had to ask for it separately, which seemed unreasonable. Hotel Swagat Palace charges 700 rupees for 12 hours, or 1000 for an AC room. If comfort and cleanliness matter to you, you may want to look elsewhere.
