OYO Flagship 70115 King Stay

Oyo’s quality has reached its worst. The photos don’t show what you get, and they charge extra for this pathetic place. The room and bathroom are in terrible condition. Never even consider booking it.

My uncle had already paid for a room through OYO, but when he arrived the owner refused to check him in, saying the online price was too low and he wouldn't honor it. The man then started swearing and walked off instead of discussing it. It felt shady, like they might be cheating customers. Avoid this place.

Finding the hotel's actual location was a hassle, and dealing with reception made the stay worse. The man there was rude and arrogant. They changed the price as soon as we spoke to them, then rudely told us to leave when we pointed out the problem. Worst experience.

I ended up paying 1,500 rupees for the hotel, which seemed fair, and the bedsheets, pillows, and other basics were all up to standard. The manager was friendly and understanding. OYO showed a rate of 700 to 800 rupees, but the manager wouldn't check me in at that price, so I cancelled through OYO and got a full refund. I'd suggest couples pay the hotel directly instead of booking through OYO.
