Once I arrived, I couldn't find the hotel anywhere. The owner asked for my booking ID and checkout time over the phone before I'd even entered, then called from a personal number to say I had to pay 1,000 for an AC room or they wouldn't let me in. I tried OYO support, but they were only as helpful as you'd expect. I ended up paying the amount at their other hotel. One of my worst experiences booking through OYO.

Getting through one night there was really hard. At check-in the hotel staff didn't give me the room I'd booked, and OYO didn't respond when I tried to get the right one. I don't want to book a hotel through OYO again.
