The food was good and reasonably priced, and parking was available for both bikes and cars. The hotel is newly built, so it was neat and clean. But the room had no towel, toiletries, or drinking water. I had to ask several times before they brought a towel and, later, soap. There was no menu in the room, and no kitchen or reception extension number was provided or displayed, so I had to go to reception to ask for the menu. Wi-Fi was available, but I had to ask the receptionist to log in my device.

The facilities are limited, though guests can use a nearby Fitness Club for free. The staff were extremely helpful, and they all seemed to speak good English.

I'm very disappointed today. The supervisor, Mr Ram, had a bad attitude and didn't know how to speak to me. He said no room was available in good condition and told me to go find another room.

Very clean, with really fast service. The staff are friendly too, especially Piyush bhai and Ishu. Best hotel in West Delhi 🥰🤞
