The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

We held two wedding events on 21st and 22nd November at Ocean Pearl Gardenia and stayed there as well. The arrangements were seamless, and the whole event ran perfectly. Mr. Sanjay, the manager, was outstanding: cooperative, professional and always available. The staff made our guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Our guests praised the elegant décor, the stay and hospitality, and especially the food, which stood out for its taste, presentation and quality. Mr. Ajay Rungta Ji did a phenomenal job with the décor. We had some differences at first, but he delivered more than agreed and exceeded our expectations. It was a memorable, well-executed wedding experience. We highly recommend Ocean Pearl Gardenia and its team for weddings or special events.

Mr. Sanjay Singh Rawat stayed with us through our entire Haldi ceremony at Ocean Pearl Gardenia, Chhatarpur, and made sure we felt relaxed and cared for. He supported us with everything from small questions to last-minute concerns, always calm, reassuring and present, like a family member. From the décor to the food, everything was perfect. The quality, presentation and taste were excellent, and every guest loved the food. Thank you to Mr. Sanjay Singh Rawat and the whole Gardenia team for their warmth, dedication and professionalism. They made beautiful memories for us.

The location and ambience are good, and the rooms, while not new, work well. The staff were friendly and quick to bring an iron and extra hangers when we asked. The tea set was clean, so we could make tea ourselves. Coral restaurant was very good too.

We put on a four-day event at Ocean Pearl Gardenia, and the team carried it off successfully. The service, organization and décor were fantastic, and above all, the Kashmiri food was fantastic. Kudos to everyone who made it happen, especially Sanjay, Govind and Sodhi chef, Bikram, Mahendra, Mahipal and Priyanshi. Definitely recommended for a great experience. Well done, everyone!
