After a busy day, the calm interiors make this a pleasant place to return to. The central location is handy for getting to shops, restaurants and attractions, and the staff are courteous and attentive. Rooms are spacious, neatly designed and well kept, with a comfortable, homely feel and a modern style. A comfortable, dependable city stay for work or leisure.

Your hotel charges more for the premium room even though it’s the same as the standard room. That’s the main problem, and guests shouldn’t have to deal with that. There’s no in-house restaurant either. At the price you charge, getting access to all the amenities should be easy.

I spent one night here, hoping at least for basic cleanliness, but hygiene was missing and management didn’t respond well. The hotel seemed understaffed. The bedsheet and pillows had black stains, and after I called, they took one to two hours at night to replace them. The flush button looked melted, everything seemed old and poorly maintained, and the wooden floor had cracks with fungus-filled water from a leak in the bathroom jet washer. A terrible stay for such an expensive price. Please avoid it.

I was pretty skeptical when booking because many of the other reviews seemed fake, but for the price, this is a decent place. The room was a good size, and I had no cleanliness complaints or bad smells.
