OYO Townhouse 008 Greater Kailash

We paid more than for a normal OYO, but spent three days in a dingy, smelly room. The exhaust stayed broken, and I had to remind them again and again. When they finally managed to get a mechanic, I was leaving for work, so we were stuck with the smell. The food was mostly cold or lukewarm, too. From the pictures, I’d expected the interiors to match the pretty exterior, but they didn’t. The male manager at the front desk on the morning of 23 Rd Nov was rude. When I complained about the room, his first response was, “Maybe you can leave.” The female manager in the evening was nice and a great help, but she was on her personal phone all the time, so we had to wait for her to come to the desk. The outside looks lovely, but it’s all an illusion. I’m not coming back or recommending this place.

The food tasted about 3/5, but the prices didn’t feel reasonable for the portions. You can eat from their kitchen if you like, and can’t order anything from outside while it’s open. Service was slow, and there was no maintenance. Though the hotel opened just two years ago, it already feels old. Dust was in every corner, hair was all over the bedsheet, there were webs on the ceiling and cockroaches around the room. All the rooms have AC, but it starts leaking after a while. The washroom has no ventilation, so there’s always some odor.

It looked like a nice hotel from the outside, but the room was filthy, with chip wrappers and other rubbish left in it. The bed hadn’t been made and smelled bad, the bathrooms were horrible, and the towels were stinking too. Even after we asked, nobody cleaned the room or washroom. The worst property I’ve ever visited.

I spent one day there, and it was a pathetic experience. The room was dirty, the bedsheet was scrambled, the toilet was unhygienic, and the lighting was poor. It looked like nothing had been put in order before a guest checked in. I’d never book this place again.
