Preet Palace

Vipin Krishna Sonu was polite, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed anything, which made our visit feel extra special. The room was well kept and comfortable, and the pleasant atmosphere made for a lovely stay. We’d gladly come back, and recommend the hotel.

A big thank you to Vipin Krishna Sonu for being so courteous, supportive, and ready to help with a smile. His care made our stay memorable. Everything was organized, the rooms felt neat and cozy, and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. We had a comfortable visit and hope to return soon.

The room looked okay at first and was spacious, but the cleanliness was poor. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, and the bathroom looked clean initially but was dirty on closer inspection and poorly maintained. It had a sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi, though the telephone stopped working on checkout day. The rate was the bigger problem. I called from the airport at 12:30AM on Feb 21st and was told ₹2500 per day. I said the online price was ₹2000, and then was promised ₹2200 per day through checkout on the 23rd, with early check-in included. I chose that offer because of the early check-in, otherwise I would have booked online at ₹2000. I checked in at 01:45AM on 21st Feb, but at checkout they charged me for 3 days because I had checked in early. The person I first spoke with said, “I get many calls, I don’t remember what I told you.” I felt lured in with a deal and then overcharged once I was there. Don’t rely on verbal promises from management. It was very unprofessional and dishonest.

The Jangpura location made it easy to get to nearby markets, transport, and places to eat. Hotel Preet Palace offered good value for money, with clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms suitable for short or long stays. Staff were polite, helpful, and responsive, making the experience smooth and welcoming.
