The food was delicious, and the AC was comfortable. Service was excellent throughout my wonderful stay at the guest house. I’d love to visit again.

Handy for a Delhi tour that lasts a couple of days, with the Metro and other public transport nearby. It’s a budget-friendly hotel.

The room itself was in line with the price, and the hotel wasn’t the source of the problem. The trouble was with OYO. An OYO executive had told me I could book a room for Rs 482, but at the hotel the manager said it was a non-AC room. I spent 70-80 minutes on calls with three customer executives. The first two said they’d sort it out, then the third said the room was non-AC after all. Why hadn’t the first two known that? I ended up paying the manager another 400 rupees for an AC room. A really bad experience with OYO.

My girlfriend felt unsafe and uncomfortable because the staff stared at her without blinking. They were rude and behaved badly with her, and the rooms weren’t clean. The staff seemed uneducated. Don’t stay here just to save a few pennies. Pathetic experience.
