I stayed in room 301 for one night and two days with my family, and it was a horrible experience. Someone deliberately knocked on our door in the middle of the night while we were asleep. The night before that, someone even tried to force the locked door open. I told the manager, but he didn't answer my call yesterday. The day before, he only said, “Abhi aa raha hoon,” and never came to check on us. I didn't feel safe anywhere in the hotel. The first floor starts at room number 200, but that didn't make it feel any safer. There was an alcohol smell throughout the floor, and someone would sometimes knock at midnight asking for a charger or something. The manager didn't take responsibility for guests' problems. The rooms, service, sanitation, and safety were all zero. If you're a family or a woman on your own, please don't stay here. I won't ever come back.
