The Legend Inn - New Delhi

The staff are super polite and nice, and the location is that good. A 24/7 cafe attached is the highlight, and good to know they are changing the breakfast place. The rooms are comfortable, but they need upgrades. Please check for mosquitoes before giving a room, or guests can spend the whole night trying to kill them. There’s also a certain old wet smell in the rooms. Spraying some fragrance before handing them over could easily remove it, like all the hotels. I'm trying to get this to the owner.

This place is an absolute joke. There was no help from the staff, and it seemed like they had no more than one staff member available. Breakfast was two eggs on request and bananas you had to peel yourself. My friend got diarrhoea, and they didn't even have clean drinking water for breakfast. Highly recommend avoiding it at all cost. Wish someone had told me, so I wouldn't have wasted money and time.

The receptionist behaved very badly. I won't ever visit again.

For the high price, the room was poorly maintained and not worth it. The food and location were okay. In the executive class room we booked, they provided just one bottle of mineral water. When I asked for another the next morning, I was overcharged at checkout and told water wasn't complementary. What nonsense. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
