The Orion Express - Kailash Colony

We booked for a whole night, but left within an hour because the room looked nothing like the photos online. There were no female workers, no outside locks on the door, and we felt there was no concern for women’s safety. They still refused to refund our money. Half the good reviews here seem AI-written, and after booking, the way customers are spoken to is very rude.

The location right beside Kailash Colony metro station is top notch, and the staff were active and helpful. We stayed on 26th October and found the ambience very good. Food was above average in quality, with good presentation and taste. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are splendid. I’d heard reviews mentioning construction, but there wasn’t any during my stay, so I was glad I chose the place. The old-style double-door lift was fine for me. They could improve the lobby and smoking area. Good value under budget, comfortable, and family friendly.

Mr.Suraj at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful, and the rest of the staff were lovely throughout my visit. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location made getting around easy, with major attractions, restaurants, and public transport nearby. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The staff are friendly to customers and do their best to meet requests. Rooms have the basic amenities, though there aren’t many plug sockets. The complimentary breakfast selection is limited.
