The room was clean and tidy, and I had no issues with noise. The receptionist was really polite and sweet, too. Then, a day later, some guy called me and spoke rudely for no reason. He had no idea how to talk to someone.

The stay itself was pleasant, the room was clean, and the staff were fine. But there's no restaurant at the hotel, and nowhere nearby to eat within walking distance. The geyser in my room didn't work, and complaining got me nowhere. I asked for an electric kettle and was given one that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year.

I've booked a room at this hotel several times before, but this visit was awful. I was charged extra just because I was accompanied by a female friend. Seriously? Is that how they expect to build customer satisfaction? This was the last time I ever stayed there.

The room is compact, but it has the basic facilities right there: a bed, TV, panel, AC, side table, intercom, storage cabinet, and desk. Room service inside the premises is good. There's also a common kitchen with all kinds of utensils and a freezer.

Fine for a short visit, and the room was decent. The staff were okay, though not quite up to the mark. They wouldn't provide the complimentary breakfast, saying it was because of COVID. A few things could be improved.
