The booking charge somehow went up at the last moment 🌝🤦, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms are dirty, the fridge is so filthy you wouldn’t want to put anything in it, and there’s no water in the room. The telephone, TV, and AC didn’t work either. You can try it, but don’t expect what the booking site photos show. Bas chal rha hai kynki koi kuch nhi bolta.

OYO still advertises this place, but when you go looking for the hotel in GK-1, you find out it shut down almost two years ago. It seems the property doesn’t exist anymore. Another example of how shrewd Delhi people are.

They charged me extra even though I had booked through OYO. There was no room service, and the staff were rude. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I didn’t feel safe here, and the experience was horrible. The reception staff behaved very badly, and the hotel apparently isn’t operating under the name shown. Its actual name is Amara Hotel, but it’s listed on MakeMyTrip and OYO as Townhouse OAK Hotel Heaven. Avoid it.

The owner took my phone at the end of the stay and gave himself a five-star rating. Before that, check-in was two hours late, there was no hot water, and the food was bad. Worst stay I’ve had.
