The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and very helpful. I had trouble getting dropped at the entrance for a late check-in because the road was closed, but I called the hotel and they quickly sent someone to pick me up. I stayed just one night and was very pleased with the service. I’d recommend it. Thanks!

We ended up staying four nights, not two, and the staff were so welcoming. The service and cleaning were excellent. For the price, I’d definitely recommend it. The room could feel stuffy in the morning, though, without much fresh air. We had breakfast twice and found it spicy, and I didn’t see eggs or an omelette. The traditional Indian food was tasty and well balanced.

We were kept waiting until 10:30 PM before being moved to another room, where the AC finally worked. In the first room it wasn’t working, and when we told Mr. Mukul at reception, he sent a security guard and said it would start within 20 minutes. My elderly mother felt breathless while we waited, as the room hadn’t been opened for 1-2 days, and no one seemed concerned. We struggled until then. They gave us a table fan because the AC wasn’t working. We had arrived around 10:00 PM to check in with a senior citizen and our 3-year-old. After the formalities, we found we’d been given a Queen-size room though we had booked a King-size one. Staff said there were no King-size rooms. If that’s true, why does Goibibo still show them? It’s misleading. My husband asked receptionist Ms. Poornima about the difference, but she was rude and seemed not to know. When he asked her to check online, she said, “Google is not working.” She acted as though we were bothering her. The bedsheet also had red, blood-like stains, and nobody addressed it. Instead, the so-called manager asked who I was and asked about the manager. Ms. Poornima, wearing a brown shirt, could have welcomed us warmly, but after hearing our complaints she took her black bag and walked off dismissively. Mr. Mukul supported her. Owners, please speak with staff about how guests should be treated. The attached pictures show the busy security guard, room size, red marks or stains, and the table fan.

Room 101 is the one I’d avoid. It’s right across from the maintenance room, and morning staff conversations can disturb the quiet. Ask for somewhere farther down the hall and you get great value. The hotel is affordable, very clean, and has excellent facilities with attentive staff. The location works well, the restaurant has a lovely range of food, and room service is impressively fast.
