I felt insulted, not welcomed. The staff answered even simple questions with irritation and arrogance, and spoke so disrespectfully that it seemed guests didn't matter. There was no courtesy, patience, or basic hospitality. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. This is unacceptable in a hotel, where the way staff treat guests matters so much. Think twice before booking. Management needs to deal with how staff behave and handle customers, or the hotel will keep losing people's trust and its reputation.

I really enjoyed staying here, one of my best experiences in Delhi's Paharganj area. It's a good option if you want a decent stay without a big budget. The rooms were clean, and the friendly staff helped me right away whenever I ran into a problem.

The rates were affordable and the service was generally good during my few days at Legend International Hotel, Paharganj, New Delhi. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Two members of the housekeeping team, one tall, fat guy and another tall guy, kept asking guests, including me, for “chai pani ka paisa.” When I said I'd pay later, they got rude and even tried to hold up my checkout until they received their commission. That left a very bad impression. They also didn't replace the sheets or towels once during my stay, which made things uncomfortable and unhygienic. Management should take strict action and make sure guests aren't harassed for tips.
