The hotel is affordable and conveniently located near the metro, including Govindpuri Delhi metro and Laxmi Nagar. I found the rooms modern and comfortable, with nice interiors, good Wi-Fi, and smooth service. It was peaceful and relaxing, with great facilities and a good stay for families. One of the best cheap hotels near me. I'll visit again.

Clean, affordable, well-maintained rooms made for a comfortable stay. One of the best hotels near me for couples.

After I showed my Oyo booking at check-in, the price suddenly went up by 60% from what the app had shown. It feels like a scam. The rooms, bed, and blankets were all dirty too. Avoid staying here, or book a hostel instead.

The blankets had holes and cigarette butts on them, and the bedsheets were extremely dirty. The bathrooms were also in very poor, unhygienic condition. This place is badly maintained. They don't ask for ID, and the very cheap prices attract irresponsible couples. A very bad experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Townhoues The Arrow Hotel. The service from everyone at Hotel Arrow was among the best I've had at a hotel. Thanks to all the staff for taking such good care of me.
